Elvis was the most accommodating, positive, congenial, comforting and knowledgeable guide we could have possibly had. I can't think of a thing that he didn't do to try to make our trip as wonderful as possible--and he succeeded! We had a magical time. We were well fed, saw many historical sites with extremely knowledgeable docents at each site, had wonderful shopping opportunities, some "chill time," and great accommodations. It's difficult for me to fit everything into words but, suffice it to say, if I'm fortunate enough to return to Ghana, I'll be booking with Landtours again.

I wanted to take my mother somewhere for her 70th birthday, and... read more she chose Ghana. She'd been to two other West African countries before, and had wanted to visit Ghana on her previous trips, but wasn't able to do so.

I can't tell you how difficult it was to find a travel agent or tour company that does tours of all the places we wanted to go for such a reasonable price. I had a hard time finding a reputable company to do this tour in December.

We went to the eastern region to the Cedi Bead Factory, several historic sites within Accra, Cape Coast and Elmina Castles, Kumasi, Tamale -- then my mother went on to Burkina Faso for two days. Our tour guide and driver, Francis, was so knowledgeable and personable. Our drive from Kumasi to Tamale was unexpectedly delayed because of two bridge outages. Francis ended up driving for nearly 18 hours to take us to our destination. He was so professional and amazing about the entire, unexpected ordeal.

I would recommend Landtours hands down to anyone traveling. I will also say, leading up to the trip, the staff at Landtours were so patient and accommodating with every single question I had. They really helped us all the way up to and through the trip. I would use them again and definitely recommend friends, family, and anyone else to use them. Thank you Landtours!

Our guides were professional, timely, knowledgeable and treated us with ultimate respect. We learned so much from them, moreso than we could have ever learned on our own. They assisted us in navigating activities and excursions from Accra to Cape Coast. They made us feel safe and welcomed and i can’t imagine having a better experience.
