It's beautiful, it's full of entrepreneurs, it's developing. It's an experience of a lifetime. Tour guide David and Driver Francis were simply the best. They listened to all of our needs, wants, and strong opinions (13 of us) and accommodated us all. The restaurants Buka, Gulf Coast, Sandbox, Polo Club. Frankie's-very nice. Hotel Labadi was nice-be prepared for lots of festive during Christmas holiday season. For those with young adults (18-28) they would enjoy the action on the beach. Lancaster was away from the "strip" and somewhat quite. The casinos are small Millionaires and Caesars. We were able to exchange money. Some family ordered custom items arranged by David. #Landtours

Our experience to the village of Torgome in the Lower Volta took us to our highest spiritual points. We left the village with new names and renewed spirituality. We also visited the Elmina and Cape Coast Castles where our guides did a great job of reenacting the painful experiences of the captured ancestors. The Kakun National Park was great fun! Our tour ended with the spectacular tour of Accra: W.E.B. DuBois Centre for Pan African Culture, Independence Square and the Kwame Nkrumah Memorial Park. Our pilgrimage to Ghana was well planned with good hotels and clean restaurants with good food. Future trips will be a couple of days longer in order to include time for rest and reflection. Ghana has a lot to offer culturally, spiritually and historically. LandTours, and especially Tara Gbedemah, must be congratulated for wonderful customer service. Our trip was 5 star and some of my group members are returning to Ghana in 2020, this time with their children to expose them to a culture that is more constructive for character building, industry, spirituality and personal development.

The care and patience our tour guide Stephen demonstrated and the expertise our driver Frances used as he safely navigated our group will forever be appreciated.
