We have access to a myriad of meeting spaces at discounted rates and have the expertise to ensure that your meetings go off without a hitch. We specialise in a variety of set-ups that can affectively accommodate your business meetings; be it local, inbound or outbound.

Meetings are vital for management and communication. Properly run meetings save time, increase productivity, and also provide platforms to solve problems and discuss vital issues. We process all major credit cards (Master Card, Visa and American Express) via our secured online processing system and accept wire transfers. For local meetings, we also accept local cheques.

We can make meal arrangements for groups of varying sizes. We can provide suggestions based on preferred cuisine, group size or proximity to hotel. These meals can be organized as a buffet, which is typically the norm for large groups, or à la carte. We can also provide themes and entertainment for your meals.

Hotel Reservations
As is characteristic of inbound and outbound conferences, a large number of hotel reservations would need to be made in the conference destination city. We secure competitive rates for these group bookings and manage the reservations the entire period.
